Privacy Policy

HealthPulse Reminders ("we", "us") is a consumer wellness tool that helps you stay consistent with your medication schedule. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run reminders, we never sell your data, and you can delete everything at any time.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address, and password (stored as a hash by our authentication provider).
• Medication schedule: medication names, dosages, and the times you plan to take them, plus the dose logs you record.
• Care contacts (Premium): names and email addresses of people you choose to receive missed-dose alerts. You are responsible for having their permission to add them.
• Timezone: detected from your browser so reminders arrive at the right local time.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we store only your subscription status.
• Usage analytics: aggregate page analytics via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, and error reports via Sentry.

What we deliberately do not collect

No diagnoses, no medical records, no insurance information, no provider connections, no location tracking. HealthPulse Reminders is not a medical record system and is not intended to store protected health information beyond the medication list you enter.

How your data is used

• To send you dose reminder emails (you can turn these off in your profile).
• To email your chosen care contacts when a scheduled dose isn't logged (Premium, configured by you).
• To show you your own schedule and adherence history.
• To process your subscription via Stripe.

We do not sell or rent your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers needed to operate the product (Supabase for database/auth, Stripe for billing, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, Google/Sentry for analytics and error reporting), each bound by their own data-processing terms.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our database provider. Access is restricted per-account with row-level security: your data is queryable only by you. Alert emails are sent server-side and contain only the medication name, dosage, and scheduled time.

Your choices

• Turn dose reminder emails on or off in your profile.
• Remove a care contact at any time — alerts to them stop immediately.
• Cancel your subscription any time via the billing portal.
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting support@healthpulseai.com. Deletion is permanent and cascades to medications, logs, contacts, and alert history.

Children

HealthPulse Reminders is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
