Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HealthPulse Reminders ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What the Service is — and is not
The Service is a wellness tool that sends medication schedule reminders and optional missed-dose notifications to contacts you choose. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always follow the directions of your healthcare provider and your medication labels.
2. Reminders can fail — do not rely on them for critical decisions
We work hard to deliver reminders and alerts reliably, but email delivery, scheduling infrastructure, and third-party services can fail or be delayed. Do not rely on the Service as your only safeguard for life-critical medications. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your schedule accurate and log doses honestly — alerts are only as good as the data you enter.
- Only add care contacts who have agreed to receive alerts about your medication schedule.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Use the Service only for yourself (one account per person).
4. Subscriptions & billing
Premium is billed by Stripe at $8.99/month or $79/year until cancelled. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Refunds for partial periods are not provided except where required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including harm arising from missed, delayed, or erroneous reminders or alerts.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
